  • Sizing and designing the photovoltaic systems.
  • Determine the average energy cost.
  • Calculate the return of interest of the project.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Issue digital tax receipts.
  • Elaborate work contracts.
  • Provide the necessary follow-up and attention.

In addition, your information may also be used for:

  • Promote our brand through publications on our different platforms and social networks, as well as print advertising.

  • CFE service number
  • CFE electric meter number
  • Federal Taxpayers Registry
  • Type and number of official identification
  • Pictures of the site where the photovoltaic system will be installed

Moreover, we inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any authority, company, organization or person other than us and will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated.

4.- Mechanisms to exercise ARCO rights.

You have the right at all times to know what personal information we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give them (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); likewise, you have the right to have your information removed from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
